·         Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days, Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Delivery within the Saudi Arabia typically takes 3-5 days once your order has been processed. No deliveries will be made on Fridays or public holidays. BRAFCO will not be responsible for any delay of shipment resulted by circumstances beyond our control caused by delivery courier, customs or any other department.

·         Delivery Rates and Destinations 
the rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the weight and/or size of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the delivery cost will be, and you will have a chance to change your order if you choose. Delivery is available to all Saudi Arabia cities and towns.

·         Order Tracking 
If a tracking number is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

·         Cash on Delivery 
We offer this option in the Riyadh City only by BRAFCO driver. You must provide at least one mobile number so the courier can arrange a suitable time to deliver. Please be available at the agreed time and have the correct amount ready for the courier to collect. If payment isn't available, the order will not be left and an additional charge may apply to re-deliver the order.

·         Methods of delivery

Customer might request other than Aramex shipping method. Additional charges might apply. Request should be sent to

  • SMSA delivery.
  • Shaheen delivery.
  • Shipping by BRAFCO drivrer(Riyadh)

Customers may have a choice amongst the methods.  The choice of method may, however, be conditioned by the place of delivery and the types of products purchased.

·         Damaged Goods 
If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at so we can resolve the issue.

·         Out of Stock
All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to accurately track inventory, however, occasionally we sell out of items before online orders can be filled. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to ask if you would like:
1. the out of stock item sent when it becomes available. No additional delivery charges will be applied if the full order is already paid.
2. An alternative item of the same value. 

3. Full refund. Of the product value.
